Terms of Service

Last updated: August 16, 2026.

By using Drive you agree to these terms.

Safety: parked or passenger only. Never use the app while driving. Drive Mode locks rating and typing if you appear to be moving.

Use: honest ratings of real encounters. No harassment, stalking, or tracking a person by plate. We do not give turn-by-turn to another person.

Drive Plus is optional and only removes ads. Everything else is free. Purchases are billed by Apple or Google.

Ratings are opinions, not verified facts. The app is provided as is. Contact fleet@livepin.app.
