What this site is

LivePin is the commercial “How’s My Driving” QR program. These pages explain the product and let fleets contact us. They are not a license-plate lookup and not a tool for tracking a person.

Scan / rate only

A LivePin sticker identifies one vehicle. Scanning it is meant to open Drive so you can rate that encounter. This website does not let visitors search plates, browse drivers, or follow a vehicle’s location.

What we collect here

If you email fleet@livepin.app (including via the contact form), we receive whatever you choose to send — typically name, company, email, and fleet details — so we can reply. After you use the site we may record page views in Mixpanel (the same Mixpanel project as the Drive app) so we know which pages help fleets. We do not sell plates or location.

If you open a sticker URL on livepin.app, our servers may keep ordinary web logs (time, IP, requested path) needed to run the site and the API. We do not sell that information.

Drive app

Ratings, accounts, and location features live in the Drive mobile app, not on this marketing site. Read the full Drive app Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Camera use in the app is for scanning a QR when you choose to; photos are not stored as part of a scan.

Children

LivePin and Drive are not directed at children under 13.

Text messages (SMS)

Program name: LivePin (Unlimited Projects). If you sign up on the SMS Alerts form or in the Drive app, we collect your name, email, mobile number, and a record of your consent (time, IP address, and the exact consent text version you agreed to). We use your number only to send the texts you signed up for.

LivePin sends account login codes, Safety Circle check-in requests and alerts, security alerts, and trip-share notifications.

Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You can text HELP for support or STOP at any time to unsubscribe.

Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
