What this site is

LivePin is the commercial “How’s My Driving” QR program. These pages explain the product and let fleets contact us. They are not a license-plate lookup and not a tool for tracking a person.

Scan / rate only

A LivePin sticker identifies one vehicle. Scanning it is meant to open DriveRank so you can rate that encounter. This website does not let visitors search plates, browse drivers, or follow a vehicle’s location.

What we collect here

If you email fleet@livepin.app (including via the contact form), we receive whatever you choose to send — typically name, company, email, and fleet details — so we can reply. After you use the site we may record page views in Mixpanel (same project as DriveRank) so we know which pages help fleets. We do not sell plates or location.

If you open a sticker URL on livepin.app, our servers may keep ordinary web logs (time, IP, requested path) needed to run the site and the API. We do not sell that information.

DriveRank app

Ratings, accounts, and location features live in the DriveRank mobile app, not on this marketing site. The app has its own Privacy Policy inside Settings. Camera use in the app is for scanning a QR when you choose to; photos are not stored as part of a scan.

Children

LivePin and DriveRank are not directed at children under 13.
